About BANIQL
Extracting nickel for lithium-ion batteries in an environmentally responsible manner
Breakthrough technology
BANiQL's core technology uses a special chemical process to selectively extract nickel and cobalt from raw materials at lower temperatures and atmospheric pressure.
Clean and efficient extraction
This method produces high-quality nickel at 30% lower cost compared to High Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) with net-zero waste. The process also cuts energy consumption and CO₂ emissions by 80%, and the leftover materials can be repurposed into useful products like fertilizers and construction materials.
